U of T appointed administrative staff who are in career transition due to organizational change have the services of career consultation; computer skills assessment and training; and, access to the ODLC Resource Centre.


What does career consultation involve? Career consultation involves a series of one-on-one confidential discussions with a career consultant who provides ongoing support during your career transition. Ongoing support includes job search strategies such as revieiwng and updating resumes, cover letters and interview practice; and, assistance in scheduing ODLC courses, computer and AMS courses.

How can I update my computer skills? By booking with the ODLC Resource Centre you can assess your computer skills and develop a personalized computer training plan.  Using the computer skills tutorials you can pracice at your own pace, or receive one-on-one computer training to meet your individual needs.

What services are available at the ODLC Resource Centre? The Resouce Centre is equipped with computers, Internet access, printers, photocopier, fax and telephone. You can access the Internet to complete computer tutorials, computer skills assessments or search for employment opportunities.
