UofT Managers Academy Cohorts

Print

The University of Toronto knows that to build on its success, it is essential that members of its Professional & Managerial employee group are skilled and engaged managers.  In 2013-2014, U of T reinforced its commitment to provide new managers with the tools and ongoing resources they need to develop themselves and their teams.  Working with a number of partners and consultants, the Division of Human Resources & Equity developed the New Managers Academy.

In response to positive feedback from previous cohorts this program is now open to all PM 3 to 6 Managers with 2 direct reports or more.
