Celebrate Spring


All staff and faculty are invited to Celebrate Spring by trying a new activity at one of our Athletics and Recreation facilities at U of T. Enjoy a selected complimentary lunch time fitness class on any campus, or workout at the Athletic Centre, Goldring Centre, or Hart House during any lunch hour April 8-12.

Athletic Centre* and Goldring Centre* are offering all staff and faculty complimentary access to all drop-in services from 12-1 on any work day during the week of April 8-12 i.e. group fitness, strength and conditioning, and swimming or to join in any of the following scheduled Drop-in Fitness classes at the Athletic Centre (AC) or the Goldring Centre (GC):

Monday, April 8:
12:10pm Stretch & Relax - AC Field House 1
12:10pm Boot Camp Fun – GC Fitness Studio

Tuesday, April 9:
12:10pm Interval Training – GC Fitness Studio
12:10pm Fit Mix (Cardio & Conditioning) – AC Field House 1

Wednesday, April 10:
12:10pm Zumba – GC Fitness Studio
12:10pm Yoga – AC Dance Studio

Thursday April 11:
12:10pm Yoga – GC Fitness Studio
12:10pm Move IT – AC Dance Studio

Friday, April 12:
12:10pm Fit Mix (Movin’Muscle) – AC Dance Studio
12:10pm Fusion – GC Fitness Studio

*complimentary towel service, bring a lock and T-Card

Hart House* is offering all staff and faculty free access to the Fitness Centre** between 12-1pm during the work week (April 8-12) to use the pool, weight room, or any of their cardio equipment or to attend any of the following Drop-In Fitness classes:

Tuesday, April 9 12:10pm Movin’ Muscle

Wednesday, April 10 12:10pm Core Fusion, Mat and Props

Thursday, April 11 12:10pm Tabata Mash-up

Friday, April 12 12:10pm Flexibility Fusion

*complimentary towel service, bring a lock and your T-Card

** a waiver will need to be signed upon arrival at the Fitness Centre Reception.


Join in any of the following scheduled fitness classes or try a drop-in sport activity in the gym on April 11:

Tuesday, April 9 – Pilates 12-12:50 p.m. Studio 2/3

Thursday, April 11 – Drop in Sport Opportunity - Gym

Friday, April 12 – Tabata 12-12:50 p.m. Studio 2/3

*Staff may bring their belongings to the classes and gym and store it there. Use of shower, towel & locker service for $3. Staff who are not currently members can check in at the Front Desk with their T-Card and staff will direct them to the proper location.
