Mentoring Leadership Partnership


You are invited to attend an Information Session for

The 2018 Mentoring Leadership Partnership in the Rose Patten Leadership Program

The Mentoring Leadership Partnership Program is for staff that have been in a full time role at the University for a minimum of one year in the following job levels:

Pay Band 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, PM4, PM5 and 1AP

What is the Mentoring Leadership Partnership Program at U of T?

This is a program where a staff member is partnered with a more senior individual from a different functional area to broaden their skills, university experience and contacts.

Your role as a mentee:

  • Attend individual meetings that occur approximately every 3 weeks with your mentor.
  • Participate in 3-4 group sessions throughout the year that offer learning, development and networking opportunities.
  • Create a learning and development plan that will be supported by your mentor and coach
  • Participate in the U of T Career Community
