You are invited to attend an informal Information Session on
The 2018 Mentoring Learning Partnership in the Rose Patten Leadership Program

 

 

The Mentoring Learning Partnership Program is for staff that have been in a full time role at the University for a minimum of one year in the following job levels

Pay Band 11, 12, 13, and 14C3 and PM1, PM2 and PM3

What is the Mentoring Learning Partnership Program at U of T?

This is a program where a staff member is partnered with a more senior individual from a different functional area to broaden their skills, university experience and contacts.

Your role as a mentee:

  • Attend individual meetings that occur approximately every 3 weeks with your mentor.
  • Participate in 4-5 group sessions throughout the year that offer learning, development and networking opportunities.
  • Create a learning and development plan that will be supported by your mentor and coach
  • Participate in the U of T Career Community
