You'll come away with a better understanding of how to best perform your supervisory responsibilities with a new set of real-life tools.
Workshop Topics include:
- Increase awareness of your own work style and the styles of those around you
- Stages of group development: goal setting and performance tracking techniques
- Methods for influencing others, effective communication, and managing conflict
- Case studies specific to a unionized work environment
- Techniques for feedback and clarification
