Participants will be led through a complete workout with Pilates-inspired core and flexibility work. Strength and Strengthen is a full body workout for muscle toning and flexibility. A strong emphasis of the workout focuses on the core. The class will concentrate on floor work. Bring your own exercise mat. Please note, this is a gentle class so no showers are available.
Leehe Lev is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Water Exercise Specialist. She is the owner of Whole Self Fitness (www.WholeSelf.ca) which provides on-site personal training, group fitness classes and healthy eating and cooking instruction.
