Succeeding as a team player

How can you demonstrate that you are a full team member? Does a unionized work environment allow you to shine? How can you make your dedication show to your team? This course offers strategies on how to best create consistent, predictable and reliable processes that showcase your work to your colleagues and those to whom you report.


The focus is on learning to contribute to a high-performance team while performing optimally as an individual: enhancing team communication, achieving team goals and embracing team accountability. Participants will discover their individual contribution to a team, the profiles of their teams, and how to build and contribute optimally.

  • Document your skills
  • Create accessible workflows for coverage and general knowledge
  • Support and create Standard Operating Procedures
