Conflict and risk are a part of our lives every day. Conflict and risky situations are a common occurrence in the workplace. Yet, often, dealing with it can be difficult and even contentious. And the results can be unsatisfactory or even irreconcilable.

In this course you will be taught proven strategies that are successful in a variety of situations. Disagreements, strife and conflict are all part of the workplace and life in general. Our goal is to transform negative to positive behavior, and channel your thoughts and emotions into greater satisfaction and profits.
