Living a life that plays to your Strengths

Monday, June 16, 2014, 01:00pm - 04:00pm

Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder/StrengthsQuest is an online measure of personal talent that identifies areas where an individual’s greatest potential for building strengths exists.  Rooted in a positive psychology perspective of helping individuals and communities thrive, this workshop will explore how your greatest talents hold the key to high achievement, success, and progress at levels of personal excellence.   We will also discuss how becoming aware of your talents builds confidence and provides a basis for achievement.

In this workshop, you will:

  • review Gallup's strengths-based philosophy and supporting research
  • experience the positive impact of a strengths-based program through an exploration of their own strengths  (online inventory done prior to workshop)
  • receive insight into how to leverage the talents of their team to accomplish goals
  • evaluate the role their unique strengths play in daily work and life activities

NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES June 4, participants will need to complete Gallup StrengthsQuest online inventory by June 9, 2014
