T.Y.P.E Class (Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates)

This repeat is an exception to the normal repeat pattern


Through a blend of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates inspired exercises (T.Y.P.E), this class is gentle on the joints and helps decrease tension. With no equipment needed and an emphasis on breathing techniques, these exercises assist in improving balance and overall health.


Leader: Cesar Calero is a Registered Kinesiologist who's currently doing his Masters in Professional Kinesiology at UofT.  He has vast experience teaching a variety of fitness classes for various populations in diverse clinical settings throughout Toronto
