Arbor Prospect Management Session 1

This repeat is an exception to the normal repeat pattern

 

Prerequisite: ARBOR Fundamentals

 

Objective:  This course presents a closer look into the Prospect Management screens and functions within ARBOR that is used to manage major gift prospect activity. This course provides an introduction to Prospect Management as well as key terms and definitions. Participants will have a first-hand look into tracking identified prospects, discovery visits, the Prospect Management assignment process and stage moves up to and including soliciting a gift.


Who Should Attend: Major Gift Officers, Gift Planning Officers and other Advancement Officers/Support Staff responsible for maintaining Prospect Management information such as submitting assignment requests, moving stages, managing prospect contacts and planned gifts.
