Arbor Prospect Management Session 2

Prerequisites: Arbor Fundamentals, Prospect Management – Session 1 or Arbor Prospect Management

Objective: This course provides participants with a first-hand look into prospect management best practice tracking for successful or declined solicitation. Participants will learn when and how to move their stages and related Opportunity to reflect the outcome of their solicitation and how their actions in Arbor impact reports.  Key prospect management reports will be reviewed. In addition, attendees will learn when and how to end a Prospect Plan and how to end Prospect Manager assignment. Stewardship will also be reviewed in part.

Who Should Attend: Session 1 attendees, Major Gift Officers, Gift Planning Officers and other Advancement Officers/Support Staff responsible for maintaining Prospect Management information such as tracking the opportunity, moving stages and Prospect Management reporting.
