Office 365 Basics

This course introduces Office 365 for Office 2016 in a cloud-based environment.  Participants will learn how to collaborate using Office online apps, explore the Outlook web app and navigate OneDrive.


Accessing Your Office 365 Account from Any Device

  • Changing Office 365 Settings
  • Managing Mail, Contacts and Calendar in the Outlook Web App
  • Configuring the Outlook Web App
  • Working with Office Online Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Sharing Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations and Notebooks via Links
  • Uploading Files to OneDrive
  • Storing Files and Attachments in OneDrive
  • Sharing OneDrive Files or Folders
  • Managing Folders and Files Online
