UofT Managers Academy Cohorts

The University of Toronto knows that to build on its success, it is essential that members of its Professional & Managerial employee group are skilled and engaged managers.  In 2013-2014, U of T reinforced its commitment to provide new managers with the tools and ongoing resources they need to develop themselves and their teams.  Working with a number of partners and consultants, the Division of Human Resources & Equity developed the New Managers Academy. In response to your requests, we are opening this program to include all Professional Managerial Staff with at least one direct report and expending it to University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) and University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC)

NOTE: Registration requires participation in all four days of the specific cohort, no exceptions. The training is designed to build throughout the program, so attendance at all four sessions is crucial.   Cohorts will be offered a number of times over the year to allow staff to select the cohort where they can attend all 4 days. Choose any cohort that is the most convenient for you to attend (e.g. you do not need to be a manager at UTM to take the UTM program, but since you live in the west end the UTM cohort works best for you). Lunch is provided.

Upcoming session:
