Learning UTORGrouper: Group management and access control at the University of Toronto (BYOD)

This two hour course will provide guidance to technical and other staff or faculty wanting to understand how Grouper can be leveraged to facilitate access control for different systems, how to plan building out effective direct and delegated authorization strategies, implement policy-based access control, and how to prepare local staff to maintain group info.

PREREQUISITES: Some basic knowledge of the Grouper interface



PLEASE NOTE: This is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) session. Although the emphasis of this session is on planning and architecture, having a laptop or other wireless device (tablet) with you to use this web application may be useful.
